Archetone clients receive the added benefit of our online
project management system.
Designed to improve communications and scheduling, our
online system lets users track the current
status of specified projects. Registered clients
work with Archetone to designate who can update their
project information, along with who may — and who may not
— access project data.
The system enables clients to:
· Assess the progress of all projects
· Review regular field reports
· View latest photographs downloaded regularly by field
superintendent
· Request change orders, which are emailed to owner,
architect, and Archetone staff
· Review pending change orders and approve or reject
each
· Watch each project budget from base
contract to
approved change orders
· Look at estimates for proposed projects and/or change
orders
· Examine contracts
